Client Liaison Manager

Adam has had years of experience in Customer Service, working to ensure the experience of the customer is exceptional. He has worked as a disability carer for several years and he brings his lived experience and his natural empathy to his Client Liaison role. 

 

His Role at Minka Blue

Adam manages our Client Liaison function, so if you would like to talk to us about starting/changing or ending a service - he is the person you need to speak with. Adam will be able to help you interpret your plan, organise care schedules and care plans and arrange any Capacity Building training for your care team. He works along side your therapy team, informal supports and your support coordinator or LAC to make sure that we are working together to help you achieve your goals.
