As Senior Plan Manager, Wai monitors your funds, pays providers efficiently and coordinates monthly financial reporting. She closely follows the payments and price controls established by the NDIA and keeps up to date with the current changes so you don’t have to. She is also available on the phone should you need to get a quick answer to a funding question during business hours.
