Lonni came to Minka Blue with a wealth of knowledge and experience in legislation, finance, conciliation and customer service.

 

Lonni initially started with Minka Blue in 2020 as a Plan Manager, taking over from Sue as she was now busy managing her carers and participants. Being a plan manager first ensured that Lonni gained a solid knowledge base of what the NDIS is and it’s many complex rules and programs.

 

His role at Minka Blue

Lonni is responsible for our HR department. This includes hiring, inducting, reviewing and supporting our care and administration staff. He is a strong advocate for promoting mental health in our workplace, and overseas the in-house training programs.

 

He also oversees our Quality Control functions and serves in the Senior Management Group
