Welcome to Minka Blue
HOW WE CAME TO BE
We strive to make a difference in Australia’s disability sector.
Founded in 2019 by Sue Binney, we are a small independent company providing an extensive range of disability services throughout NSW and QLD, predominantly serving the Bathurst and Central West NSW for care services. We can service all of Australia for plan management.
As a parent to a child with a disability, Sue began working with the NDIS scheme to create positive change within the system. Throughout our years in business, our number one priority has been to support Australians living with disabilities, encouraging them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
At Minka Blue, you have the security of knowing we are an NDIS-registered company offering plan management, support coordination, supported independent living, in-home care and short-stay accommodation. We also host a variety of fun group activities and training classes for adults at our Bathurst Group's Cottage.

Our mission is to
Support our Participants to Achieve the Best Outcomes They can in Their Lives
Our History
HOW FAR WE'VE COME
The story of Minka Blue is really the story if the Binney family, and how the power of love for our wonderful David can motivate us, and show our team what disability care, what kindness to our community can be like and how wonderful it feels to really help people in a meaningful and purposeful way.

We come from humble beginnings - a family with a disabled son who wanted the NDIS scheme to work well for everyone who needs it. The only way to make sure that happened was to be part of the scheme in a meaningful way as a registered provider. My entire family works in Minka Blue to help make a difference for all of our clients and their families.
Minka is formed. We begin working in Bathurst
Named after the founder's beloved black pug and her son's favourite colour. We are NDIS registered for Plan Management. We started in July 2019 and never looked back. We had 2 care clients and the right attitude towards care and community spirit. In September we leased The Hub at 107 Keppel St as our base.
